Eye Cream

Complimentary from avlaboratories. I wanted to love this, but I just didn’t. The scent is a bit of a turnoff. I also didn’t really notice it making a difference. It does feel nice to the touch, so for that I’ll give it two stars.

I really wanted to like this eye cream but I can’t get past the smell. I’m not sure what ingredient it is, but it smells like something I can’t quite put my finger on. Maybe like a strong campfire smell. It’s very off putting and strong. I like the consistency of the eye cream itself and it absorbs quickly and well. It’s a typical sized eye cream for the price and I do like that it’s in a heavy glass jar. It’s just unfortunately not the right product for me. I have visible signs of aging particularly around my eye area. The texture is smooth and very light , absorbs almost instantly. I use the cream twice a day , by gently dabbing a small amount around my eyes as recommended. The area around my eyes feels hydrated and my dark circles have visibly lightened! I use it before applying makeup too and it works great! The formulation has no overbearing fragrance and it's gentle on the skin! The cream is enriched with the goodness of caffeine , Apple Fruit Extract (pyrus malus), Niacinamide, and Ferulic Acid. The signs of aging around my area have visibly reduced! And I particularly love the cooling effect post application! Perfect addition to my self care routine!
