AVL SOM3® is the proprietary technology at the heart of every AVL product. Producing it in our own GMP-compliant Canadian facility allows us to protect its scientific integrity and maintain precise control over its quality, purity, and consistency. The facility applies procedures, cleanroom standards, and quality controls used in medical-device production—an uncommon level of oversight in skincare manufacturing.
Every batch follows a carefully controlled process: Qualified Raw Materials Each material is verified for identity, purity, and critical quality specifications before it can be used. Double-checked Preparation Ingredients are weighed and verified by two trained technicians to help ensure accuracy. Controlled production AVL SOM3® is produced in a closely monitored clean environment using documented and validated procedures. Testing at every stage Quality is evaluated throughout production, from raw-material verification and in-process controls to stability assessments and independent microbiological testing. Independent RElease A batch cannot be released until it passes its complete quality review. Final authorization comes from Quality Assurance—not the production team. Protected Packaging and Transport AVL SOM3® is filled and sealed under controlled conditions, then stored and transported through a monitored cold chain to help protect its sensitive bioactive components.
Our finished skincare products are made in Europe by carefully selected manufacturing partners working in accordance with GMP standards and AVL’s specifications. Every formulation follows a documented production path, with controls for identity, weight, pH, viscosity, appearance, and uniformity. Finished batches undergo stability, packaging-compatibility, and independent microbiological testing before release.
