AVL was founded by a renowned team of geneticists and molecular biologists working in the field of biotechnology and stem cell research. Like so many of you, we were passionate about skin care and were also battling our own skin concerns, many of us spending decades searching for the right products, that never seemed to work.
And so one day, while working in the lab perfecting a formula that drastically accelerated the regeneration of the most delicate human stem cells, we couldn’t help but ask a simple question:
Could the work we are doing with stem cells be applied to the skin, to address the signs of skin aging and enhance skin wellness?
Inspired by the possibilities, we got to work. This eventually led to the development of our breakthrough technology AVL SOM3®. And so, five years later, with the help of over 1300 trial participants, AV Laboratories line of skin care products was born. We couldn’t be more excited to share our breakthrough formulas with you, and harness the power of biotechnology to nurture and nourish the skin.

With a background in molecular biology and biomedical sciences, Ami is driven by a deep passion to bring cutting-edge biotech innovations to skincare, improving people’s skin and their lives with the power of science.
Monica has spent her career in biotech, founding multiple companies responsible for pioneering innovations in stem cell research and therapy. A lifelong skin care enthusiast, she is excited to bring her decades of experience to the field of skin care for the first time.
With a background in chemistry and expertise in product safety and compliance, Sylwia is committed to providing advanced skin care solutions that maintain the highest standards of transparency, scientific validation, and sustainability, ensuring that AVL products are always good for your skin and the environment.

Dr. Ivchenko is a skin health expert with a focus on aesthetic medicine, specializing in advanced skin treatment protocols and combined therapies. She supports AVL clinical studies investigating skin processes and the use of AVL for post-treatment wellness.
Dr. Flynn is a stem cell and gene therapy research scientist passionate about advancing next-generation innovation for consumers in cell therapy, organoids, and neuroscience. He is currently investigating AVL SOM3® on the molecular level and it's effect on skin wellness.
Vanesa is an expert in medical and cosmetic dermatology, specializing in the use of advanced science-backed formulations for the treatment of skin concerns and overall wellness. She supports AVL’s patient advocacy for in-treatment, post-treatment, and daily use, ensuring the highest levels of personal care.
