Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, ELO, Union Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo.  


Orders
Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email along with a link to your order information including status, tracking, and history. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second notification email along with tracking information. 


CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS
We process orders as soon as they are received and we may not be able to modify or cancel orders once they are submitted. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at support@avlaboratoies.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed with 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During times of high demand, such as promotions or holidays, processing time may be longer. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification along with tracking information. Please note tracking information may take several hours to populate and delivery details may change at the discretion of the shipping company.


Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped ground and generally arrive within 5-7 days after leaving our warehouse.

All auto-renew orders are shipped free of charge.

    Please note any shipping costs are non-refundable.


    EXPEDITED SHIPPING
    Expedited shipping is not available at this time. 


    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    At this time we ship to Canada and the United States. 


    Missing Shipments
    Once your order is showing as delivered, if you can not find it at your location, we recommended checking for the package around the address, including porches, mailboxes, garages, leasing offices, etc. If you have not received your package 2 days after it shows as arrived please reach out to support@avlaboratores.com 


    Sales Tax
    We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states - CA, NY, CT, IL, VA, NJ, KS, GA, NC, MD, MA, MN, OH, PA, CO, WA, HI, IN, KY, NV, SC, TN, TX, UT. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. Sales tax questions can be addressed to support@avlaboratories.com
