We responded to your original request with two options to help manage your subscription:
• a direct link where you can adjust it yourself,
• or the option for us to make the changes for you.
Now that we have clarity, we’ve gone ahead and cancelled all active subscriptions on your account, including one subscription for Face Cream Light and one for Face Serum.
At this time, we only see those two subscriptions listed. However, we want to make sure everything is fully resolved for you. If there’s a chance any additional subscriptions were created under a different email address, please feel free to reach out to us directly at support@avlaboratories.com
